Sheep shearing takes place at The Farmers' Museum each Memorial Day Weekend and showcases traditional hand-shearing techniques as well as contemporary shearing methods. Other activities related to sheep and wool production also take place, including fleece grading, spinning and weaving. Various breeds of sheep are on display. In addition, gardners can stock up on hard-to-find plants and seeds with our Heritage Plant Sale.
